Century Hill Estates is privately owned and offers spacious two bedroom, two bathroom suites as well as efficiency suites, all with private balconies. All condos are complete with everything from fully stocked kitchens to beach chairs and coolers. For your convenience a rental jeep and kitchen provisioning is available upon request.

Cancellation Policy - Total booking charges (less any
taxes) are on-refundable unless Century Hill Estates is
able to re-rent the condo reserved, less a 20% handling
charge for the total rental. Guests are encouraged to
purchase travelers insurance, especially when traveling
during the hurricane season, June - November. Our
wonderful location puts us at risk for hurricanes.
Century Hill is not responsible for airline changes, the
cost of alternate accommodations or cancellation fees.
Refunds / adjustments will be made at managers
discretion.
Caterers - Caterers are available upon request at an
additional charge. A special dinner, a boxed lunch for
the beach, cocktails / dinner by the pool, we have what
you like. Pre-bookings are required 48 hours in advance.
Check-In / Check-Out Time - Check-in time is 3:00pm.
Check-out time is 10:00am or earlier. Flexibility
requires advance notice. We will try to accommodate
everyone's needs.
Construction - Due to the booming economy here on St.
John, there is a lot of building, so we apologize if any
construction activities disturb your vacation. At this
time there is no construction in our area. The good news
is that construction work on St. John usually starts
early and stops around 3pm.
Deposits / Payments - Half of the total balance must be
received one week after the reservation has been made,
along with the signed contract. The final payment must
be received 30 days prior to your arrival. Visa and
Master Card are welcome, or checks should be mailed via
US Post Office, Express or Priority Mail Service to:

Drugs and Hazardous Materials - No illegal substances
are permitted on the property.
Kitchen Provisioning - You send or email me your list
and I will stock the fridge, cabinets or bar area to
your liking. A two week notice is preferred for this
extra service.
Maid Service - The condos are cleaned before and after
your arrival. Mid week maid service is available if booked
in advance. Rates start at 25.00/hr with a 2 hour
minimum. Towels and linens can be requested mid week at
no additional charge.
Pets - Some small pets are allowed for an additional
security deposit. Please inquire.
Property - Guests are advised that personal items lost
or stolen are not the responsibility of the management.
Guests will have a set of keys (or 2) and will be solely
responsible for locking the condo and the safe keeping
of their personal valuables during their visit. Safes
are available through management. Management assumes no
responsibility for insuring that the condo is locked and
harmless from claims.
Rates - Rates vary from In-Season to Off-Season, and
Holiday times. Please see rate schedule. Rates are
subject to change without notice.
Reservation Fee - There is a non-refundable $35.00
reservation fee for all reservations.
Returned Checks - There is a $25.00 fee for returned
checks.
Service and Repairs - We reserve the right to enter the
premises when the property or systems are in need of
repair. No refunds will be made for minor guests
inconvenience. Century Hill Management will use every
effort to expedite parts replacement and schedule repair
work to minimize disruptions.
Smoking - Smoking is not permitted inside the condos.
Smoking is permitted outside, deck area and pool areas.
Tax - Condos are subject to the 8% U.S. Virgin Island
Hotel Tax.
Transportation - To see our beautiful island and visit
our pristine beaches we suggest a jeep or car rental.
With advance notice we will reserve a vehicle for you.
Trip Insurance - Once again, we recommend that you
purchase travelers insurance, especially when traveling
in hurricane season, June - November. For more
